DD2HW5 Researching Existing Instructions

I typed in Google, "Google Slides Tutorial," and clicked the first link, https://gsuite.google.com/learning-center/products/slides/get-started/, and it brought me to a page with all the basic information on how to use Google Slides. Something I learned from this website is that you can import a Microsoft PowerPoint to Google Slides. If you didn't know how to start your own Google Slide(which is what one of my pamphlets will conveniently cover), you could've started working on your project in Microsoft PowerPoint, then late import it to Google Slides. Also, I learned that you can restrict people to only being able to view the slides or actually being able to edit the information in them.

DD9HW2 Reflect on PR

Being a pretty novice writer trying to improve my writing skills, I can see some problems with my paper. First of all, I can work on the flow of my column. I should include an introductory paragraph to introduce the audience to what I am about to discuss in the column. Second of all, I can work on expanding my vocabulary to entice to readers to read further. Lastly, I can try to make it more understandable by making references the audience would understand.

DD6HW2 Brainstorm

Brainstorm What graphics are important to your field? Most engineering firms have logos/brands and they want their brand to be widely known. Graphics in terms of Charts can be very helpful. Charts such as a Bar Chart can be very helpful. When presenting to a group of people information, they'd rather see a bar chart representing the data you chose instead of seeing boring numbers. How graphics are important to your field? Just like a Bar Chart, you can represent data in a more visual way instead of looking at numbers.
