DD10HW4 Chapter 18

In chapter 18, the book discusses about using a problem-solving model for preparing recommendation reports. The writing process for a recommendation report is similar to that for any other technical communication includes: planning, drafting, revising, editing, and proofreading. This will act as a sole structure on how our group will complete the task.

Also in Chapter 18, the book further discusses each step of the writing process. For example, in Planning, it talks about analyzing your audience, determine your purpose, and visualize the deliverable: the report you will submit. For this project it is vital to know who is going to read your work and to not stray from the purpose of the work.

Also in Chapter 18, it talks about drafting as one of the steps of the writing process. Writing multiple drafts of the report is essential to work out any errors in your work and to perfect it.

Lastly in Chapter 18, it talks about revising, editing, and proofreading. With these, we will be able to reread our work and fix any errors in our paper.
